For the next 5 years, Akvila and Tharanthar have made the following agreement: -Tharanthar is to give materials to assist Hjelle-Helgesen Firearms Inc. In producing basic ammunition. -Hjelle-Helgesen Firearms Inc. is to grant a 20% ammunition discount to Tharanthar.
