Read if you want this episodes lore: Also in case you don’t know the “monster” lore for this episode I’ll tell you: the lil side character for this episode is called Liam, and a while back his mother remade the basement to be a circus like attraction, his mother and father would call it the basement circus, but after his father left, the circus went into disrepair, and his mothers last try to get the basement circus to be popular again was to imprison her own daughter and starve her, unfortunately it didn’t work and all that’s left of the basement circus now is the equipment and the daughter that became deformed over time, this whole story is kind of a metaphor, I don’t wanna spoil the ending to the episode too much, but it’s a metaphor how Adam and Tom came here to take care of the monster in the basement, but the real monster was standing above them the whole time
