The HRE will now be shrunk and called as The German State. The German State's army will be reduced to 100,000 men during peacetime, and the other 274,000 men in the German Army will be integrated into the French army, building a grand total of 994,000 men army (excluding casualties for now). THE GERMAN STATE MUST BE A FOREVER ALLY OF FRANCE AND NEVER OPPOSE FRANCE. Denmark will also receive coastal territorial gains, and a quarter of the German navy will be integrated into the French navy. Whenever called on for support, Germany must answer.
