I think this might of got front paged in the SDS section? (somebody let me know just incase. Yup, It did) I'm not really a drawer (although might become one) so yea not the best although I might come back to it later and kind of 'Redraw' it! Scroll Down for more info regarding the Hisuian Variant! Electric/Ice - Hisui Variant Pokédex Entry [LEGENDS ARCEUS]: "This form of Pikachu seems to have evolved to better fit the more frigid areas of Hisui, including Fangs that seem to be made of Icicles. The yellow 'marks' on its mouth and eyes are actually electricity keeping it warm." (and yes, I accidentally used yellow when making the Color Palette so now the old yellow outlines are canon) Little Fact: While they can TECHNICALLY hold more electricity, The electricity its using to keep itself warm basically 'nullifies' this so both hold the same amount of electricity.
