There is charge which multiplies the effects of the bomb by ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm far far over the PL of ultimate!tup phase II. this is lowest charge. Charge summons ridiculously small and fast particles, minimum of 1000. they start at a speed if converted to PL, would equal a MEPLS of 1 . the bomb core is 1 light year with (charge) layers with a 0.5 ly difference in each layer. Particles can bounce into different chambers. The first is more particles, increasing the number of particles based on themselves (1 to infinity, infinity to absolute aperendal, abs. aper. to Omnidimensional(1000000)...) , the second increases speed the same way, the third heats up the bomb, making the particles faster too. The 4th makes the bomb smaller, but will make it explode later. the 5th makes the bomb attract nearby entities, adding their PL to the charge, also making top more powerful. the 6th makes it reverse, blasting out entities with such force, or pulling them back in for another round. the 7th makes the bomb sharp. the 8th makes the bomb blind nearby entities. the 9th multiplies all previous chamber effects, and makes it shoot lasers at entities. the 10th causes the bomb to explode, making it go crazy. This process repeats charge times, each layer being bigger, and taking longer to explode, but bigger explosion. the effective charge increases as is affected by the more particles effect. The explosion power boosts TOPs power.
