This is an explanation for Chancellors in the Sky Federation. Chancellors are the highest rank one can be in the Sky Federation (Except ???, which took over the Sky Federation 20 years ago, is above the Chancellor) Chancellors have to at least be 21 years old to be elected, though no Chancellor has been elected at that young an age, the youngest elected Chancellor having been elected at age 25. A Chancellor's reign only reigns, if they die, abdicate, or are forced out of office by the people. Because of this, there have been Chancellors in the past, who reigned for decades. After a Chancellor dies, a new Chancellor is elected. The new Chancellor is not always the son of their predecessor Chancellor like Kai. The Longest reigning Chancellor was Scholton, the First Chancellor of the Sky Federation. Scholton had been elected at age 32, and he ruled for 55 years, from 1701 to 1756. He was the first Chancellor of the Sky Federation, and he was well respected among all nations of the World, even his enemies. But of course, those days of powerful Chancellors who were respected by all the World is long gone, especially since the Caste system began in 1790.
