Description

PART 1: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/111677154/ I might even make an animation for this, who knows? Morning sun: Orange cat on the right - Female, but acts like a boy Silver (Yes, I've decided on the name): Blue-grey cat on the left - Transgender, because transgender people are cool owo Silver let out a gasp as something hit their stomach. Silvers eyes flew open. "Wh-where am I...?" They looked at what hit them. Morning Sun was lying beside her. The two cats were in a strange, grey box. Silver proceeded to stand up, putting her paws on some strange, black net. The box seemed to bounce up and down. Silver could see a human outside. They hopped back down onto their paws, and attempted to wake up Morning Sun. "Morning Sun! Wake up!" Morning Suns whiskers twitched, and a few seconds later, she found herself staring at Silver. Her eyes flickered. "Where are we?" She asked groggily. "Well...I don't know...some kinda of box thing. All I know is that humans put animals in them and carry them around." Silver said. Morning Sun yawned, and looked outside through the strange, cold, solid nets. There was a thump as the box jolted. (They're actually in one of those pet kennel things, and being put in a car.) It became dark. They heard a huge slam behind them, the box shook again, and it was almost pitch black. "Silver? Are you still there? I'm scared..." Morning Sun wailed from the corner. "It...it's going to be fine...okay, Morning Sun? You're safe, as long as you're with me" Silvers voice shook with fear, but they tried their best to stop sounding so scared (remember, I'm calling silver "They" because they're transgender). Silver stood up, and walked over to Morning Sun, who was shaking with fear. Silver lay down next to her, and she stopped shivering. Before Silver knew it, Morning Sun was snoring away quietly. There was a click, and another jolt as the box moved again. It moved for a few minutes, before halting to a stop. There was another click, and Silver heard the creaking of one of the cold, solid nets opening. The box was tipped over, and the two cats slid out. "Aaagh!" Silver yowled as they hit the hard, dusty floor. Morning Sun grunted, but continued to sleep. "Morning Sun? Morning Sun! Wake up!" Silver put their paw on Morning Suns shoulder, and made an attempt to shake her awake. "Well, well, well, what do we have here?" A voice called out from behind Silver. Before they were able to turn around, something hooked its claw into Silvers scruff, and lifted them up. A yellow cat glared at Silver with red eyes. "Who's this?" The cat grinned, her sharp fangs glinting in the faint sunlight. "Hey! It's the kits! They're finally here!" Silver heard a voice from behind a bundle of tall grass. It shook, and out hopped a short, blue cat, with white markings on her fur. She had strange eyes. The whites were black, and her pupils were white. "Hey, they only just arrived! Let go of that kit!" She said to the yellow cat with a hint of anger in her voice. Suddenly, footsteps approached. The yellow cat dropped the kit, and shot out of the tent. A human stepped through a gap in the tent (the entrance of the tent), picked up the carrier, and went away. Silver began to lick away the blood at the back of her neck. "Sorry about that." The blue cat looked at Silver. "She cat get a bit..er...carried away, sometimes. I honestly don't know why. By the way, my name is Bane. What's yours?" Bane looked at Silver. "My name is Silver." They replied. "Silver? That's a pretty nice name! And, uh, who's this?" Bane pointed at the red-orange cat lying next to Silver. "That's Morning Sun." "Well then, Morning Sun must be a pretty heavy sleeper if she can survive all that fuss without waking up!" Bane laughed. "There's about half an hour of daylight left. Come sit here with me, and you can tell me the whole story" Bane padded over to the corner of the tent, and sat behind some tall grass. Silver heaved Morning Sun onto their back, and followed Bane. They laid Morning Sun between the two of them. "Well..." Silver told Bane the story of how they got here. "Wow. That was pretty simple." Bane looked at Silver. "Hey, why did that yellow cat run away when the human came?" Silver asked, as Morning Sun stirred beside her. "The circus doesn't allow magic here." Bane explained. "What if magical animals want to join, but they can't, because they are magical?" Silver asked. "Well, every single animal with magical powers wear things around their necks. It can be a necklace, a collar, even a scarf, but you know, you see cats and dogs and a few other animals wearing things like that all the time. Magical animals have rubies on them, so that others know who has magic, and who doesn't. If the magical animal wants their curse to be broken, or don't want that magic anymore, they have to smash the ruby. Well, anyway, it's getting pretty dark, Good night, you two." Bane curled into a ball and began to sleep.
