Here’s the explanation for the different volumes of reference images: Because refs are linked on each chapter, I don’t want people who are still on the earlier chapters getting spoiled for different things. This way, I can keep references up to date with new chapters without them then becoming incorrect for past chapters. This part is more relevant to the living world, since cats don’t age in Starclan, but I can also keep the ages updated as time goes by.
