For CCOW I was trying to create a simple project to practice using the move blocks, the sensing block for Q and A, broadcast and receive, and fading in. I remember meeting the designer of the new characters when he was introduced at Scratch Day 2013 at MIT when he showed his sketch book to me. I thought his first name is Tan, but I am not sure.
