Instructions

65 million years ago, the asteroid that eradicated the dinosaurs carried more than destruction—it bore Titanus Salt, a massive crocodilian titan of extraterrestrial origin. Emerging from the asteroid long after the initial impact, Salt encountered a relative of Godzilla. The ensuing battle proved Salt's formidable strength as he bested the Godzilla without killing it. Seeking peace and territory, Salt migrated to the evolving landmass that would become Australia, where he discovered a Hollow Earth access point. Upon entering Hollow Earth, Salt marveled at the subterranean world but soon fell into an ambush by Skar King. Using his shockwave attack, Salt sent his would-be attacker flying before moving deeper into Hollow Earth. Despite the chaos, he thrived until Godzilla's order for the titans to enter dormancy. Being an alien, Salt initially disregarded the command but grew weary of their annual clashes. In 2015, after centuries of skirmishes with Godzilla, Salt chose to rest. The awakening of titans by King Ghidorah in 2019 brought Salt back into action. Emerging from the Devil's Hole, he journeyed toward Ghidorah but was intercepted by Titanus Scylla. After defeating her in battle, Salt struck an alliance: Scylla would call for his aid in dire times, and he would come to her rescue. Reaching Boston, Salt witnessed Godzilla’s Alpha Call. Refusing to bow, he issued his own, triggering a clash with Godzilla's allies—Behemoth, MUTO Queen, Rodan, Methuselah, and even Scylla. Overpowered, Salt was saved when Scylla honored her pact, stabbing Rodan in the back. Despite Godzilla's outrage, Salt defended Scylla, unleashing acid attacks and retaliating with his tail. After a brutal skirmish, Godzilla retreated, leaving Salt and Scylla as steadfast allies and friends. Tracked by Monarch and the Anomalous Vitality Division (A.V.D.), Salt ventured to the Arctic, where he encountered Titanus Tiamat. Initially adversaries, the two titans fought fiercely until Titanus Wave intervened. Salt disoriented Wave with his shockwave, forcing his retreat. Tiamat, recognizing Salt's strength and compassion, introduced herself, and the two formed a deep bond. Weeks later, Salt and Tiamat became lifelong mates. The bond between Salt and Tiamat deepened as they prepared for the arrival of their first offspring. However, tragedy struck on March 29th when Salt returned from Hollow Earth to find Tiamat slain by Godzilla. Enraged and grief-stricken, Salt attacked Godzilla with unrelenting fury, nearly killing him. Salt tore into Godzilla’s gills, broke part of his tail, and shattered dorsal fins before Monarch intervened with a high-explosive torpedo, rendering Salt unconscious. When Salt reawoke, he discovered Tiamat's egg left intact on the seafloor. From it hatched Titanus Lahamu, a glimmer of hope amidst the devastation. However, Monarch soon captured Lahamu, whisking her away in a helicopter. Salt’s desperate attempts to save his child were thwarted when he was injured by a tank round to the eye. Shattered and filled with rage, Salt abandoned his pacifist ways. Retreating to Hollow Earth, he tore apart a group of Warbats, marking his first titan kills—a massacre of 15. Salt then sealed himself within Hollow Earth’s lava caves, vowing vengeance. What will emerge from the depths remains unknown, but the world waits with bated breath for the return of Titanus Salt.
