I am addressing Octavia's claim of the Congo, which was recently occupied by us. Multiple rumors of "Operation Nut" have been spread across Moldania, and it will not go unnoticed. I hereby request Octavian governments to not invade the Congo during Operation Nut, or war will be declared. And to response of their war against West Acadia, support will be sent to West Acadia as they are great allies to Moldania.
