2024 has been quite the year for me, so here's a summary of my year from start to finish! january: wooh! start of the year! i started middle school pep band, recorded some funny eas alarm videos, went to the winter school dance, recorded the best "commercial" ever (f natural, the band kid fragrance), and celebrated my brother's tenth birthday! february: forensics time! we had our 3 forensics club meets (we did really well!). i came out to my parents and luckily they were accepting of me! i also started doing minecraft club, and we had our big band concert! march: ah yes, spring break! we spent two weeks in florida (one week at disney world and one week at our nana and papa's house!) and i found out that i'm extremely good at space ranger spin and toy story mania (huge surprise!). i also gained a new hyperfixation: moon girl and devil dinosaur! april: gotta love my birth month! i went to a brewers game with my bestie (i think they won idk), went to a musical at my district's high school, and celebrated my 13th birthday! may: this was quite the month for meteorological events! there were beautiful northern lights outside on the tenth, various tornado warnings, and... for some reason i have a picture of a cloud on my phone that looks like the good omens kiss scene. huh. anyways, my band went on a field trip to six flags great america for the music in the parks event, and our grade did surprisingly well! i also visited madison for a math meet (we did TERRIBLE), got my ace pride flag, and finished reading my 26 book tall book tower! june: yay, my first pride where i was out to my parents! i had my friend birthday party (yes, two months later) and we went to action territory during the last day of school! there was friend drama but it was fun nonetheless. my family went to the brewers pride night and it was SO FUN (even though the brewers sold). i also got into fallout for a bit and started softball season! july: this was probably my worst month of 2024 because we had to put our 13 year old dog sophie down. despite our grieving, i went to madison with my mom, brother, and bestie, got into yaelokre, went to germanfest, and went to la crosse (and saw the kwik trip hq!). august: this month was especially fun because my mom, my brother, and i went to saint louis with my bestie and her family! we went to a cardinals game (they lost hehe), went to the arch, went to museums, and best of all: went to a p!nk concert! it was SO FUN! i also went to the county fair at the end of august and got into the gravity falls fandom. september: ah yes, the ominous start of eighth grade. i got used to it surprisingly quickly, to be honest. i went to a badgers game with my family and my bestie and went to my first school dance of eighth grade! october: about all i have to say is CHAOS. i got a makeshift mabel pines cosplay, got REALLY into yaelokre, realized i was aroace and not demiro ace, was the tenth doctor for halloween, had a band concert, and started minecraft club for the year. i also went to missouri with my bestie and her family to go to a mizzou game (which was SO FUN)! november: this month was really fun. i gained a hyperfixation on murder drones, went to a postmodern jukebox concert, went to a musical at the high school, and saw wicked (which was PHENOMENAL)!!! december: the final stretch of 2024! i started forensics for my third year, got into hermitcraft (for the second time in my life), gained lots of fame on one singular video on my yt channel, had a christmas band concert, and went to the UP of michigan for new year's! here i am now, typing away at my chromebook in the new year describing 366 (leap year!) days worth of events. i hope 2025 is a great year for everyone!!! <3
