To evolve it from Ortemian Kabuto, you need to level it up to 35 while on Blackout Bay. Has an obvious pirate inspiration. I originally wanted to make Ortemian Kabuto's coin transform into a captain's hat, but I realized that it wouldn't look good on Kabutops.
