If you are not @Outshinebar , I kindly ask you to leave. This was harder than anticipated. Either the internet sucks at giving me pictures, or I'm so specific it doesn't know what to get me, which would mean I'm creative ;P Anyways, a couple pictures here, I'll describe what I like about them, hopefully to give you some ideas. 1. Awesome art right? Lol. This is the main sort of color scheme when going into sort of quick and chaotic flashbacks. Its a black background with small jagged, chaotic red lines (they are usually a picture, but I don't feel like making anything today :). 2. So, Arcane does so well with this, and I'm sorry to whoever's artwork I stole, but it was perfect. Character against red background and a whole bunch of stuff going on. Makes it feel chaotic. 3. Alt version of number one. Red and black lines could work if needed 4. You could do something like a red ocean, but depending on how good people are at guessing things (and how much info I give out I should quit talking once and awhile lol) this might be a good hint into what happened in the past. Other stuff I'll talk about but didn't find/care to find: Broken Glass: I find stuff like that super cool. It could match jagged lines and make things chaotic, and have a background people can see (if that makes sense?). You might also want to do a sort of half in the real world, half in the past. Like, all regular colors on one side, then black and red on the other side.
