Following the declaration of the Hetmans partisans, the Manchurian government labelled it the legal successor to the Hetmanate, and thus was allowed access to Hetman assets within Manchuria. Granted, the Manchus still exerted some control over how the funds were spent (ie extorted to only buy Manchu goods). Because the industry in the Hetmanate was effectively overrun, all work was outsourced to Manchuria. What was previously a poorly trained and equipped militia, is set to be a prime example of a guerilla fighting force. Manchu generals have proposed training another 2 divisions of Hetman expats. A sizeable amount of M95 rifles were sold to the 34th (view soldier 1 and 4)
