this works by converting each letters "letter id" into a binary value, then asking the user how "cool" each letter representing 1 digit being 1 and every other being 0, "bit", so the second part where it tells you how cool a letter is based on your opinions, it takes the average of the coolness values of the letters of every bit that is 1
