TW: Contains mention of de@th, please be advised. This is completely my opinion and reasoning. Now, in case you don't keep up with the news unlike me, the drawing is a drawing of Luigi Mangione. Who has been accused of murder against the former United Health Care CEO, Brian Thompson. (Luigi is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.) Luigi shot Brian in New York, and fled after he shot Brian. He took a bus using a fake ID so when he pulled off the stunt, he would give the officials a hard time trying to track him down. He fled to PA(My state) where he was found and caught. And now faces a court trial. Now, some people think what Luigi did was right, while others don't think so, as for me, a person who likes to watch the news, my opinion is... none. Do I think what he did was right? Absolutely not. Do I think he should have not been mad? No. Luigi didn't have any right to kill someone because he was angry, but had every right to be mad. Lots of people get denied health care every day. And they have every right to be angry. But to shoot someone is different than to be angry. To be honest, I do have sympathy for Luigi, he was angry, and I don't blame him, but he had no right to kill a man because of anger. Now, I STRONGLY dislike Taylor Swift, but I wouldn't kill her. Of course, I am allowed to not like her, but to do something that hurts her is a different kind of hate. In conclusion, Luigi should spend some time in prison if he really is the person who killed Brian, but if he is innocent, then they should let him go and find the real killer. But Luigi does assumely need help, as well as his family. He should spend at least 5-15 years in prison, but still get help and face some charges to give Brian's family some money to survive.
