some lore: normal Mysterious ECB is a form of ECB that's from a distant realm PASSED the omniverse. He can create pocket dimensions in your mind and basically move in as an annoying neighbor of sorts. he can create hallucinations, control your body, and make you change decisions in a blink of an eye. you'll know he's there when you suddenly see your room getting darker and feel drowsy. The derp version is no different, just less power.
