I spent the rest of the train ride chatting with Holly and reading a book about Hogwarts. There are four houses, Gryffindore, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, and Hufflepuff. I don't really care what house I'm in. I don't want to be in Slytherin, but if I am, that's okay too. When we finally arrived, a woman named Professor McGonagall ushered us into a giant feast hall. At the end of the hall, Dumbledore stood next to a chair, and a hat with a mouth and eyes. Dumbledore was holding a long scroll that I assumed had all of the new students names on it. One by one, Dumbledore called up students, placed the hat on their head, and the hat shouted out the house the student was in. After what felt like forever, Dumbledore called my name. "Raven." I heard murmurs from every corner 'who is this Raven No-Name?' 'Raven? Raven who?' 'Is Raven the first or last name?' 'Why is nobody stepping up?' Finally, I walked toward Dumbledore. He smiled at me, but I could tell he forced the smile. He placed the hat on top of my head. The hat started whispering, so only I could hear it. "Hmmmm. Full of pride, wants their desire. Slytherin would fit." The hat's voice changed, like it was growing weaker and older. "But who am I to judge? After all I can't think right anymore. I'm too old. RAVENCLAW!" The Ravenclaw table cheered, but I couldn't hear their voices. All I could hear was the lines of the prophecy in my head. I was the girl the prophecy was about. The first three lines has already come true. The sorting hat was growing older and weaker, just like in the prophecy. 'When she comes I proclaim, The sorting hat, not the same, Withered, confused, in its old fame.'
