This alternate history basically asks "what if absolutely everything went extremely horribly for Britain". in 1914, the US owns a huge colonial empire. On this map, they are different shades of blue. I'll just name the colonies: the Liberia territory, Egypt territory, Israel territory, India territory, East Indies territory and the China territory. The American rise to power started when the war of 1812 happened, which was an American victory in this timeline. There is a Portugal dominated Iberian union. This is because Spain was beat very badly in the Spanish-American war. Brazil joined because of how badly they were beat in the war of Paraguay. The only uncolonized nations left in all of the eastern hemisphere have unified into the state of Eastasia.
