So basically this Mario creepypasta is a distorted Mario found after you begin to go beyond the super Mario bros level limit. This entity begins to play the reversed the reversed and slowed theme of the super Mario bros theme while the background is dark red with no clouds and there are skeleton goombas and everything else being skeletons. This Mario creepypasta is called "Muffled" because he has gone beyond the endless worlds and faced errors that caused him to twist and turn into a malicious entity that has no mercy upon any player. And the losing player gets warped into the realm and turned into a skeleton koopa or skeleton goomba if touched by Muffled while you are warped into the realm. This entity is pure evil and has pure hatred for every living soul... Also the BG music is the example music of how it'd sound like when u are in Muffled's zone.
