Those new blue things on the wrists hold excess energy from his powers, so they don't become too overpowering for him. (think Shadow's inhibitor rings.) Included inside the project is a classic version with red eyes, meant to reference his first ever vector (i've had this sitting in my unshared for 10 days and it was alr finished too :skull:)
Forgot to mention this in Lightdash v3, but all past vectors of Lightdash characters are free use. Current vectors aren't though. As far as current vectors go Lightdash cannot be used at all (except for friends), other characters can, but with credit. Just making sure y'all know. (@Donteventry321 you get full rights to use Minute however you want. It's a shared OC)
