Gave most description, Designed Vale, Kouta, Humphrey, Aki, Kandi and Olga, Redesigned and adjusted Janko, Sage, Vitsu, Norman, Davito and Psy and Yam and minor revision with Zep's desc. and put jar on Sage's head cuz thought it'll be funny. NOTE: -Janko and some of the retooled Kojans would remain active in current day. -Kouta and Aki are based on Psycho Pass. -Kouta's right eye is actually AR contact lens. -Aki has a misguided sense of justice, Hank had to correct her given who they're working for. -Janko's MO is based on Optimus Prime from Transformer and Kamen Rider. -Yeager's appearance is otherwise non-canon in my depiction. -Olga and Norman left Uchack R. sometime after Origins.
