Hopefully this means that the MAP will come out sooner when all the parts are done!] [PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE ASKING FOR A PART] Hi, and welcome to another MAP! In this MAP, you get to choose a fandom and change (or even add or remove) an event that happened in it. Then, you can explore how the change you made affects the overall story! Here are some examples of things you could change: -A character survives something when they died to it in canon, or vice versa -A plan (that either the protagonists or antagonists) made failed when it succeeded in canon, or vice versa -Characters meet at a different time -Something major happens when it didn’t in canon, or vice versa -Or that something major happens in a different part of the story (such as the villain carrying out their plan earlier) -A character allies with the villains when they allied with the heroes in canon, or vice versa Be creative! You can use the lyrics for inspiration, especially in the verses :) This is a rather complicated MAP, so please read all the rules! (Sorry they’re long…) Basic Rules: -Common sense rules - no stealing/tracing art, no hating on other people or their parts, no guilt tripping etc. -This is a beginner friendly MAP, but you must have made at least one MAP part to join. -Please fill out the form! -You get one month to finish for each part you receive! I am absolutely willing to give extensions. Reminders will be sent out two weeks and one week before your part’s due date, as well as one month before if you took multiple parts. -You don’t have to ask to make a TNE -Keep it Scratch appropriate, you can use blood but not too much -2 parts max per person (Used to be 3 but changed since parts are going faster than expected) -3 sprites max, and no animating in the backdrops -No forever blocks or message1s (aka name all your messages), and all clones must delete at the end of your part(s) -I will tell you whether or not you got the part (you are almost guaranteed to be accepted unless you haven't done any MAP parts before) -AMV and PMV are both allowed! Some rules that are special for this MAP: -No OCs please except for background characters -No fandoms on Scratch or fanfics with original characters (such as Crystals or ToPH) -TNEs must follow the palette -No crossovers, only one fandom per part -Each fandom may only be used in 4 parts (so a variety of fandoms can be shown, not just Warriors). The list of fandoms you can no longer use is below. -Each particular AU can only be used by one person. (For example if someone does a Warriors AU where Redtail doesn’t die, then no one else can do that) -You may change the species of the characters to make them easier to animate (catifying for example) but this cannot be the extent of your AU. (For example having events play out as normal but making the characters cats instead of humans is not allowed) -FOLLOW THE PALETTES!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!! (Like actually colorpick) There are no palettes for characters, only for backgrounds. Explanations on how to use them are in the Palettes sprite. -The codeword can be found in the Palettes sprite - hide it well! -Go wild with your AU. As long as it fits within the guidelines of an AU that specifically diverges from canon events then I don’t really care what you do lol. You can show only the point where events change, only what happens afterwards, or both - just make sure to include your AU in the part!
