We don’t quite know why it happened or how. We never will, we just know many rebel groups in the shadows sprung up and began causing problems. Much of the military started to defect due to being more inclined to fight for their sector then the government especially in Basilo. The only reason it led to this is plummeting quality of life. High inflation, unemployment, cities became messes. An emergency government has been formed but many grand councilmen have ran to their sectors and business start choosing who pays more. The Basilians inheriting most the land with smaller states/empires scrambling for their share. Its time for insanity
