According to a source that wishes to remain anonymous for fear of death by this... thing... there was a lab experiment over by the place where many mercenaries have been spotted, it went wrong... there was an explosion and a red figure was seen floating away. I have done more research about this thing and king orange says, "he is a threat to anyone he sees" claiming he might even kill them too. Sounds hostile to me. So if you see him make sure your prepared if you want this bounty.
