before i get to the point, full disclaimer that this is solely MY opinion and my thoughts on the matter. my dms are always open, so if you want to talk to me about anything in private. want me to carry a message to the rest of the staff team? gladly. if you would like anonymity or what not, that's always an option. i am willing to hear every members' suggestions and ideas towards improving the roleplay and what WE as a community can do better to promote building healthier connections and inclusivity. starting off, i would like to say as an admin just the other day—the demotion, yes did come as a surprise, but you must at least try to understand where the ceo team is coming from. there have been multiple problems over the 2024 year with staff inactivity and just not getting stuff done. as someone who has been on the staff team since mid-2023, 2024 has been a REALLY slow year. the new year is meant to be a new start for us all. on a heavier note, i would like to address that it's perfectly fine to voice your own opinion, but harassing staff and even sending death threats for it is NOT OKAY. i do not condone any form of harassment no matter what the other said person has done. even if you don't like them, you can at least respectfully keep your distance and act civil. it really astounds me that some people can be so immature. it is a BATTLE CATS roleplay for goodness sake. for those of you who have been voicing your thoughts in a respectful way, THANK YOU. it means so much to me that there are people out there still that are respectful through rough times. there will be several changes coming with the new year, something i hope will improve tfcrp as a whole, but cannot be done without YOUR input and feedback. you all have a voice, so use it for the better—make positive changes. take a break if you need to—step away from the screen, drink some water, and take a nap. i'm always there for y'all if you need anything, tfc or non-tfc related. <33 and i suppose that's really it! feel free to comment on an old project or dm me on disco @inkededen if you have anything to say or suggest!
