This isn't exactly a ranking unlike my OC rating stadium (You can remix that here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/368840716), I just would like to speak general opinions with not much numbers involved. Remix the project, and I'll remix it back to give my opinion on it and what I find cool, what can be improved, what possible things it is inspired off of, etc. My opinion is based on the design, style, and creativity. Extra stuff like music, animations, lore, extra forms/costumes, etc are always welcomed. Depending on the OC and how I feel at the moment, I could make fanart of the OCs (I'm not that great at art though). *I'm not the greatest at objective art judgement so take my advice with a grain of salt. -Rules- Don't break the scratch community guidelines. Maybe I comment on those projects instead of remix, but try not to put in OCs that can get you in trouble. You can do multiple remixes, as long as you don't go too crazy. Don't steal OCs. They're called "original" characters. Don't just have recolors of other OCs or characters. Again, "original" is in the name. If you redesign an OC, you can remix again for the OC, as long as the changes are substantial. Also, try not to keep doing lots of different forms of the OC for multiple remixes (maybe keep them in one remix if you can). Don't get too mad if I disagree with your opinion. We are humans (hopefully), so we can't agree with everything, but we can try to accept our differences. Have fun!
