Collect moths on your hat and transport them to the night blooming flowers. Attract moths with light. Moving makes light. When you have more than 3 moths, you can touch a flower to have 3 moths pollinate it. The white flower is the current one that you should pollinate, the darker colored flowers are old flowers that you already pollinated.
