To end this cruel and unfair war officially: ARTICLE I) Howardonia shall cede it's lower land to Dogale ARTICLE II) Howardonia would stay as a fully autonomous vassal of Dogale. It would pay a tax and Howardonia would not be able to grow a navy, though trade ships are permitted. ARTICLE III) A small snip of land would be given to Apgar for jumping Howardonia. ARTICLE IV) Howardonian refugees would be able to flee back to their homeland. ARTICLE V) No orangutans shall be launched in the direction of King Jareth of Dogale. ARTICLE VI) An independently sponsored blockade shall continue with 5 ships blocking off all possible trade for Apgar. ARTICLE VII) All orangutans shall be shipped to Nerdalistan ARTICLE VIII) No war shall be declared among the three nations till year 69. ARTICLE IX) All troops shall be escorted peacefully out of Dogale-claimed lands. ARTICLE X) The nations of Apgar and Dogale shall pay $50,000 for damaged Howardonian infastructure.
