When Fancarian was first getting a writing system, middle and lower class people created this script now called Armi (meaning Ancient), since the High Fancarian script used by royals was too confusing. Once Americans came and revolutionized much of the language, this script stopped being used. However, the High Fancarian script was still used in royal settings for another decade. Armi is taught in Fancarian Senior Schools (basically High Schools) so people can understand the old tablets.
