Backstory: Flowey was in the RUINS the whole time, so this AU didn’t really affect him. He just grew up. Personality: Flowey doesn’t want to kill anyone, having given up and matured. He gave up, since he couldn't reset his actions or have anyone reset his actions. Now, he's gained back part of his Asriel personality, and is kinder, and is the new assistant of the mayor of the Ruins. He fights you at the end of the Neutral Route, thinking Toriel would want this, and takes the Souls to become Asriel at the end of Pacifist.
