Hallucinations can be auditory, visual, or olfactory, and can feel real, urgent, and vivid to the person experiencing them. Schizophrenia: A mental health condition that can include hallucinations, delusions, disorganized thinking and behavior, and unusual physical behavior. Schizophrenia is a psychosis-related disorder, meaning it involves a "disconnection" from reality. I do believe that LoamPaw is suffering from Hallucinations, as a result of maybe a traumatic event of some sort...
