On December 1st, 2024, An Oil Tanker Field, the Adrestrar Oil Storage, accidentally was set on fire by a worker lighting a c|gar. a piece of the c|gar ended up burning off and interacting with an Oil Tank. The Oil Storage happened to be next to a Military Munitions Factory, which held an Excessive amount of Gunpowder and the fire spread to this factory resulting in a deadly explosion in the Adrestrar Outskirts Sector.
Casualties: 3.7 Million Injuries - Minor: 760K Moderate: 1.6 Mil Severe: 400K Deaths - 940,000 This has been counted as the worst Industrial Disaster in Adrestrian History. Many Deaths came from areas Near the Oil Field and Munitions Factory. The Worker, Identified as Veldijk Van Behr was arrested for many counts of Murder and Mass Murder along with Disturbing the Peace and Use of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
