Time taken: About 1-2 hours, not too long. Program: Scratch vector Character: Idk he doesn't have a name yet, but he represents a real person I know (ofc I can't say his name that isn't allowed and not nice w/out permission) ~yap~ Maybe I should animate my characters in vector (it is easy to manipulate parts) and make effects n stuff in Procreate? I can take advantage of the easier parts of each program. *Casually editing my character some more lol* I will animate him and give him a walk cycle or smth
Character timeline: - first created: Tan-brown, black floof, brown eyes https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/988352963/ - Given more personality, hair more characterized and recognizable https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1032204085/ - Added red and blue asymmetrical markings, 1 yellow eye, 1 green eye, patterned tail https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1055300094/ - complete redesign with new everything. Eyes are now the same color. Added a streak of pink in his hair, added moon marking as well as a redesigned tail https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1088877666/ - This project: Added +++ on tail, added bowtie accessory, made palette a bit lighter. - 12/24/24: made him 'more human' for easier animating - 12/26: created the official (and most likely final) ref. Changed moon mark just a little and removed some markings, made character just a little lighter. I think I am done with changing him for now.
