it was either this guy or Alt. Top & Alt. Tiny and i thought that it'd make more sense to go with this one, considering he hasn't been used much fun fact, without CQ he has 20 ATK, but because of the '7 atk' limit i had to do it WITH the CQ. (...yeah, uh, gl to the allies that are existing, because CQ is a menace to society if you don't speedrun the turn) even then, it's either the CQ that ends you or PD!Hero himself and before i forget entirely, he has a mechanic called "Scenario Reset" in which by hitting an opponent, they gain the ability to nullify one action, up to three charges. it restarts an attack pattern if the opponent takes even the slightest amount of damage. however, it only works if it has a charge, of which is used up once a loop is pulled off.
