i think bindo found himself in the wrong place- You can do a fight collab, but it might take a while for me to remix Surge Bio: Surge has two mask that are put together. The left part is "The Expunge Mask". This mask makes it so if anyone looks at the person who's wearing it's face, they will get a virus called 'The Glitched Phenomenon". This virus slowly takes over the body and makes it so moving is more difficult. The right part of the Mask is the "The Amalgamate Mask". This mask lets Surge mutate his body at will and mutate other bodies if they are vulnerable. He can also mutate objects, but if he combines too many objects into one it will become a glitchy pitch black substance that will constantly change its state. Surge is an alternate version of Storm ( @adrgamer me >:D).
