the dutch and noobastic armies attack the belgian militias/farmers. The dutch recieve lots of casualties and same does the belgians. the dutch science institute researches planes, better boats, and some tanks. pro-dutch partisans rise up in the belgian revolt and the dutch navy naval invades some ports. troops on the frontlines make some gains and some belgian troops switch sides to the dutch.
