Hello, students!! This is lesson one of theriotypes and animals. For this lesson, you will need your pencil and papers!! You don't have to, but its preferred!! For this lesson, were going to talk about Canines (animals in the dog family) and how to find your theriotypes!! -------------- okay, first up, canines. Canines, such as dogs, wolves, foxes, etc. are either domesticated or not. They are also common theriotypes!! FUN FACT: 95% of THERIANS have a wolf theriotype!! Canines hunt in packs or by themselves. They are known for having a great sense of smell. Dogs have been a great help saving lives!! They can detect an earthquake two days before we even feel the senses if it!! Long ago, dogs were thought to be sacred ancestors. In Egypt, writings on the wall included dogs with fancy accessories to respect their "wonders." Dogs are from wolves. Wolves, non-domestic dog-like animals, are well known for howling at night and waking up shepherds. In the story "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" a Wolf comes and steals the sheep. Wolves are endangered because of their bad reputation. But together, we can stop their decrease in species!! TRUE OR FALSE? wolves howl at the moon. answer in comments!! ---------- Next up, theriotypes and how to find them!! I find my theriotypes by feeling connected or United with a specific species of animal. For example, if you see a picture if a fox and you feel connected to it, that might be your theriotype!! Another way to find your theriotype is by literally finding your inner self. For example, if u never felt quiet human, but felt more like a dog, perhaps dog is your theriotype.
