He doesn't really have a name, he's just called Cyan cause he's basiclly nameless, so asking what his name is would lead you no where. he mostly excludes himself from certain things sometimes. he's a sweet gentle person :3
scratch block has the power of scratch so they can use any scratch block to his advantage even change sprite essentially SB can and is the 4th like wall but only when they're in scratch anywhere else then they're useless
