Yay an ota What is an OTA? OTA stands for Offer to Adopt! Offer-to-adopts are different than a dta, where you draw the adopt to win it. Instead, you read a list of what a creator would like to receive, like an art peice of their oc. Before you comment an offer, what you'll draw for them, think about your limits and how long it takes for you to draw.
