As many of yall know, the LSAM owns 7 P-51s. 2 are painted as the 8th AF Blue Nose P-51s, one served in Iwo Jima (therefore painted in its own colors), One painted in the Tuskegee Airmen livery, and one in our own livery for an air race in the future, although we may repaint it. This leaves us with two unpainted P-51s, a P-51D and P-51K, in a generic silver paint. We currently are considering painting them into a different livery to make them stand out. Does anyone have an idea for a tribute livery for a specific plane or squadron? Leave your ideas down below! (Must be from real life, and can only be a military paint)
