I made this blue alien guy in a little comic singing the lyrics to ruler of everything, and then I drew him singing the meme part in money game pt2, So I thought I would put him on scratch, and if there IS a ruler of everything animatic or animation I could steal and paste this funky guy into I will gladly do so.
