Blue Hat Boy is trying to talk using Justin TTS voice from Amazon Polly. But for some reason he acts like Justin in different pitches.
This is just a test,not something supposed to be canon. @trollsomeisback for the bases Unnecessary but credits to Amazon Polly and Ivona for Justin Child Male voice. I used speechgen.io for this @Redguy22 for the Trollsome Boom vector i slightly redesigned to look like his normal version. Other than that,no credit because i made this all by myself.
