The black wolf knocked him to the ground and left him winded. Aspen heard Lola scream his name, then the black wolf said "Who are you and what are you two doing on me and my friends territory?". The black wolf's voice wasn't as deep as Aspen had expected for his size. "We were just passing though. Just trying to find where I had d*Ed and get my stuff back" Aspen wheezed. "Hmmm" the black wolf said. "All....right but me and my friend are coming with you." the black wolf said slowly getting off of him. Aspen got up slowly glaring at the black wolf, realizing that the black wolf wasn't as big as he had thought, the black wolf was only a few inches taller than him. Aspen walked over to Lola when the other dog got off of her. "You ok?" Aspen asked Lola worried that she might be hurt. "I'm ok Aspen just a bit shaken that's all" Lola said with a small smile. "Are we going to get going? I don't want you to have to stay any longer then you have too" the black wolf said looking irritated. "Umm right this way .... I think" Aspen said starting to walk with Lola beside him. "So umm Hi I'm Ember. What are your names?" Ember said with a small smile. "EMBER!" The black wolf yelled. "What? They seem ok I don't think they will cause us any harm." Ember said looking at him. "I-I'm Lola and that's Aspen." Lola said looking at the other two clearly trying to make sure they don't fight. Aspen started to feel the same discomfort as the black wolf about their names. "Oh nice to meet you, and Mister You-can't-trust-anyone over here is Neptune." Ember said looking over at the black wolf. V Continued below V
Neptune looked at Ember with clear annoyance on his face. Lola and Ember talked as they walked. The group eventually made it and Aspen quickly grabbed his stuff. "Now that you have your stuff me and Ember will lead you out of our territory. Stay close." Neptune said taking the lead. After walking for about an hour Neptune had led them to the end of their territory. "Here we are now off you go.". Aspen walked out of their territory with Lola close behind. Aspen turned his head to look at Neptune and Ember. Neptune was already walking away, but Ember was looking at them with a confused face, looking back at where Neptune had left and back at Aspen. "Ember! You coming?" Neptune shouted, "Oh um Coming" Ember said running towards where Neptunes voice had come from. 'Huh..... weird' Aspen thought walking away with Lola at his side.
