Let’s introduce Buena Vista Global, which was spun off from The Walt Disney Company (now known as Those Characters From California, Inc.) to be an independent company, along with some Disney Assets, Channels, Franchises, and even all parks are now operated by Buena Vista Global, as well as fully buying The Jim Henson Company and losing the Fox estate to Film Roman. Star Pictures is a new studio providing mature films for Disney, all G, PG, PG-13, and R rated.
