Ugh Scratch is getting on my nerve it makes me hit save EVERY TIME I make a TINY change and if I don't it doesn't show my new sprites, costumes, or backgrounds, causing me to start all over again. Anyways this is just a little lazy animation type thing I made. Umbreon wants his cookie back or something. My theory is that when umbreons are mad, their top ring glows.
