The Wizard of Rainbow! he is not really a villain (he's a retired villain but all jokes aside...) he is a wizard of NALT and is almighty powerful! but Diameross thought it was too powerful he kicked him from his team. When Traftie attempted to become friends and start working together, he took the offer and teamed up with the Empress and the Half team Extravaganza!
