Lore :0 : Sprout has been taking an unknown substance, which will be referred to as a "drug". sometimes he'll be seen with what looks like a c1g@rett3 made with this unknown substance. Whenever this drug is taken he ends up being crazy depending on how much he takes. He will hurt anyone in the state and I mean anyone. (if you have questions ask them bellow)
