In the war with the Ariih tribe, the Ariih population was decimated by the invaders. After his father died, Chieftan Erlo surrendered to the Ro invaders. The Emperor, ever kind, accepted, and a treaty was formed.
TREATY MAIN POINTS: 1) The Ariih Tribe will be shut down, and the Ro Sovereign State of Ariland. 2) Chieftan Erlo will maintain his power as regional leader, and he would be granted a seat in the People's Parliament of Ro. 3) Ariland will have to pay a monthly tax to the home nation, and refusal to pay the tax will result in direct enforcement. 4) No corporation can operate in Ariland, unless they file an official claim in which the Chieftan approves. 5) If the Chieftan shows any sign of resistance against the Emperor, it will be crushed and Ariland will become little more than a puppet.
